BMI Calculator (onlinebmi.com) is operated by KshipraSolutions ("we", "us"). This page explains what happens to your data when you use the site. The short version: your height, weight, age, and BMI results never leave your browser.
All BMI calculations happen locally in your browser using JavaScript. The numbers you enter — height, weight, age, sex — are never sent to our servers or any third party. There is no account, no login, and no server-side database of results.
If you choose to save a result, it's written to your browser's local storage on your own device — not to a server we control. The same applies to your light/dark theme preference. This data stays on your device, persists only in that browser, and is never transmitted anywhere. Clearing your browser's site data or local storage removes it permanently. We have no way to access, recover, or see this data ourselves.
We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking pixels on this site. We don't know who visits which pages beyond standard, aggregated web server/hosting logs (see below).
If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you submit are sent to a third-party form-processing service so we can receive and reply to your message by email. That information is used only to respond to you and is not used for marketing or shared with anyone else. If you'd rather not use the form, you can email us directly at bmi@kshiprasolutions.com.
Like virtually any website, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information for every request — such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp — for security and reliability purposes. We do not combine these logs with anything you enter into the calculator.
The calculator supports entering a child's height, weight, and age to see age-appropriate BMI percentiles. As with any other input, that data is processed entirely in the browser and is never uploaded — nothing about a child using this tool is collected or stored by us.
